This is a maternity cover role
The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus on University and Early Career Hiring.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment initiatives for students, interns, and early-career talent across the EMEA region. You will build strong partnerships with universities and business, coordinate internship and Erasmus+ programs, and drive EMEA-wide student hiring projects that strengthen our employer brand among young talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive graduate hiring projects across the EMEA region, collaborating with business stakeholders and HR partners.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on student and early-career hiring best practices.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to develop a strong early talent pipeline.
- Lead and manage all aspects of internship hiring programs across EMEA, ensuring a smooth process from recruitment through onboarding and conversion.
- Oversee Erasmus+ student hiring, ensuring compliance with program requirements and alignment with organizational needs.
- Represent the company at career fairs, student events, and employer branding initiatives, with a strong focus on activities in different markets within EMEA.
- Track, analyze, and report on student recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Support employer branding strategies targeted at students and early-career professionals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, university recruitment, or early-career hiring within EMEA region.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience with budget management.
- Fluency in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.950 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
