• You lead organizational development projects on behalf of management.
• As a subject matter expert in change management, you are responsible for the development and implementation of training for change agents as well as the design and moderation of change and transformation processes in various organizational units.
• You design and lead events, leadership training, and demanding workshops on organizational development for the fenaco-LANDI group.

• You have a university degree in work psychology or business administration with a focus on organizational development.
• You have solid professional experience in personnel and organizational development in the private sector.
• You possess methodological and didactic knowledge as well as experience in training leaders and specialists at all levels.
• You have your own leadership experience or experience working with leaders at all levels.
• You are familiar with project management and interdisciplinary project work.
• You speak German or French with very good knowledge of the other language.
• You work independently as well as skillfully in a team and network, your appearance is confident, and you are flexible regarding travel activities within Switzerland.
