The Tax Administration is responsible for collecting direct taxes in the canton of Graubünden. In this context, the Administrative Services division takes on administrative tasks in various sectors for about 180 employees.
For the Tax Administration, Administrative Services division, we are looking for an administrative employee for the post office starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Your area of responsibility
- Every Thursday (all day) you handle the weekly dispatch to the municipal tax offices.
- Additionally, depending on the work, you perform other tasks.
- During absences due to vacation or illness, you fully substitute for the administrative employee of the post office and ensure that the postal service runs smoothly.
What we expect from you
- Very high flexibility as well as an independent and reliable working style
- Short-term availability and ability to work in a team
- Good oral and written expression in German is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Absolute discretion regarding confidential matters
