• Prioritization and management of the demand pipeline in the context of digital transformation in close coordination with the IT manager and relevant committees
• Development of sound decision-making bases including business case, effort/benefit assessment, and risk evaluation
• Management of the demand process including governance and PMO
• Leadership of interdisciplinary projects (classic, agile, or hybrid) from initiation to sustainable implementation
• Professional stakeholder management at management and specialist levels
• Proactive risk management with early escalation and solution-oriented control
• Structured collection, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements
• Ensuring clear project planning, defined milestones, and measurable goal achievement
• Close collaboration with central IT, specialist departments, and external partners
• Promotion of binding, solution-oriented, and appreciative collaboration across departmental boundaries

• Completed training and several years of experience in demand management, project management, or organizational management
• Solid knowledge of systemic and agile approaches
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high structuring competence
• Assertiveness combined with pronounced stakeholder sensitivity and diplomatic skill
• Experience in IT-related environments (e.g., digitalization, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, or IT infrastructure) is an advantage
• Level-appropriate, target group-oriented communication
