Key information

What you can achieve

You manage the materials and equipment of the outpatient clinic
You are responsible for the completeness of the two emergency backpacks
You organize external examinations (neurological consultations, EEG)
You organize appointments for ECT and ketamine patients and care for them after their treatment

What you bring

You have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or with an equivalent/similar qualification, e.g. FAGE
You bring empathy in dealing with our psychiatric patients
You appreciate a lively and dynamic work environment and enjoy working independently
You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word/Excel) and ideally you are familiar with the clinical information system ORBIS
You enjoy working in a small team and are able to flexibly adjust your workload during your colleagues' holidays.

What you can look forward to

You perform ECG, X-ray (extremities and thorax), spirometry, and audiometry examinations
You assist with minor medical procedures
You are responsible for setting up the equipment and conducting 24-hour blood pressure, Holter and long-term ECG, and instructing on the sleep apnea device
