Tasks
- Evaluate decisions from IV-Stellen and UVG insurances for objections.
- Conduct medical assessments and liaise with trust medical services.
- Handle inquiries regarding IVG and UVG with clients and providers.
Skills
- You have a medical background with commercial training.
- Experience in health, private, or social insurance sectors.
- Strong communication skills in German; other languages are a plus.

What you achieve:
- Review decisions from IV offices and UVG insurances and raise objections or appeals if necessary
- Medical assessments of social insurance cases and clarifications with the trusted medical service
- Telephone and written clarifications regarding IVG and UVG with our insured persons, service providers, and social insurances
- Submit and fully process recoveries to other social insurances
Why you succeed:
- You have a basic medical education with commercial training
- You bring professional experience in the field of health, private, or social insurances
- Good knowledge of accident insurance and/or disability insurance is an advantage
- You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing; any additional language such as Italian, French, English is a plus
- You enjoy working with numbers and accounting is fun for you
