Your tasks? You will like this:
- You are primarily responsible for developing the online shop in the coffee & accessories sector and use relevant KPIs to measure success
- You analyze and optimize processes along the entire customer journey and enhance the user experience
- You plan the marketing of food products via the online sales channel and work closely with marketing
- You cooperate with internal departments, such as marketing, as well as the headquarters in Hamburg
- You take overall responsibility and reporting for sales-promoting measures in the online shop for all segments
Your profile? You surprise us with:
- Your completed studies in business administration, marketing (FH/Uni), or a comparable further education in marketing/e-commerce
- Your 3-5 years of professional experience in e-commerce as well as your expertise in project management and process management
- Your experience with CMS systems and web analytics, such as GA4 and Tableau
- Your initiative, high sense of responsibility, and strong teamwork skills
