Siloah Residence Vivo AG, Schlossstrasse 30, 3098 Köniz Our well-maintained Siloah Residence Vivo in the heart of Köniz consists of 28 residence apartments and a supported living area with 15 care rooms as well as 48 ownership and rental apartments in Vivo Casa. It also includes the public restaurant Sinfonie and event facilities. We are looking for people who love their profession, who live their human and professional competence. By arrangement, we are looking for an Activation Specialist 40 % for the new position.
Your area of responsibility
  • Ensuring needs-based care/activation
  • Co-designing an attractive and resource-oriented daily structure
  • Co-organizing and implementing socio-cultural offerings and events
  • Enjoying effective and interprofessional collaboration
  • Individual support and care of residents
What you bring
  • Experience in the activation area of a senior institution, especially in the care sector
  • Motivation to continue what has been started and to introduce new ideas
  • Empathy and joy in independent work and teamwork
  • Training in activation or many years of work in this field
  • Seeing yourself as an open, strong, humorous, and adaptable person
