VDC/BIM Coordinator with Expertise in Execution Planning (m/f/d) 80-100%

As a BIM coordinator, you are part of our VDC team and support our architects, specialist planners, and project managers in using BIM efficiently, structurally, and creatively in daily practice.

• A completed education in architecture, construction planning, civil engineering, or an equivalent qualification from practice 
• Practical experience in applying the open BIM method, BIM processes, ideally in all SIA service phases with a focus on execution planning 
• Very good knowledge of Revit, working in the cloud, coordination and checking software, BIM-specific standards (IFC, BCF, LOIN, etc.) 
• Competence in model structuring, data management, and IFC-based exchange 
• Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary communication 
• A didactic sense to collegially accompany teams and support them with digital questions
