- Personnel and technical leadership of the "ICT Support Services C5I" team as well as responsibility for the interface between technology, support, and customers
- Overall responsibility for proper IT support for security-relevant systems
- Promoting rapid problem solving and troubleshooting in hardware and software areas and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team
- Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction through effective planning, monitoring, and control of services as well as transparent, open communication
- Implementation, optimization, and further development of business processes and services within the area of responsibility, including realization of efficiency potentials
- Responsibility for all administrative matters in the area of responsibility

- Advanced vocational training or university degree in computer science, business informatics, or business administration
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in IT operations
- Solid knowledge of the ITIL methodology and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude and high commitment
- Strong customer orientation, a pronounced quality awareness, and a confident appearance
- Openness and flexibility for a dynamic, growing environment as well as motivation to succeed in a future-oriented business area
- Very good German skills as well as French and/or English skills (level B2) are an advantage
- Knowledge of military structures and a career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
