Your tasks:

• Inspire our customers. Advise with charm and warmth and motivate your team to strengthen our reputation as a friendly business.
• Showcase our products with skillful product presentation.
• Your team, your store. You plan shifts wisely, lead with heart, and ensure smooth operations.
• We work with fresh products. Ordering, returns, and the hygiene concept (HACCP) are challenges you gladly take on.
• Together with the sales management, you achieve our goals and bring in fresh ideas.

What you bring:

• You love working with people and have a passion for hospitality.
• Leadership experience? Check! You are a team player, capable of handling conflicts, and assertive.
• Training or professional experience in retail or gastronomy is a plus!
• Administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and accounting come easily to you.
• You have an eye for detail and a flair for appealing product presentation.
• Early shifts (from 5:00 a.m.) and Sunday shifts are no problem for you.
• Quality and hygiene? Of course, for you.
