- Handling the daily material disposition for internal and external suppliers
- Purchasing of operating resources: independent needs assessment, determination of quantity, order timing, and supplier
- Maintenance of purchasing-relevant material master data as well as supplier master data in the SAP system
- Monitoring and checking of order confirmations and reminders for due delivery dates
- Selection of suitable suppliers and first contact for internal and external communication with suppliers
- Preparation of evaluations, demand forecasts, KPIs as well as customs and export documents
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration with a focus on purchasing and logistics or commercial training (e.g., as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk) with further training
- Several years of professional experience in import/export, purchasing, or disposition
- Confident handling of SAP R/3 (MM module) as well as MS Excel
- Independent and structured working style, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
