• You manage a portfolio of commercial properties
• You support and advise tenants and owners and coordinate the facility managers
• You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
• You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control and post creditors
• You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting the rent structure
• You carry out lease changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments

• You have a Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or are on the way to obtaining it
• You bring initial professional experience in the real estate industry
• Your native language is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in other languages
• You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
• You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
• You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
• You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
