Under the responsibility of the communication and external relations manager, you bring to life meaningful projects that help promote our mission to all our audiences.
Workplace: Groupement Hospitalier de l’Ouest Lémanique (GHOL), based at the Nyon site, with an activity scope covering the entire Nyon district

Job description:
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and plan internal and external events in line with GHOL's strategy.
- Coordinate needs with management, medical and nursing services, the communication department, and external partners.
- Manage complete logistics: space reservation, technical aspects, security, catering, cleaning, and signage.
- Supervise relationships with service providers (agencies, speakers, facilitators, associations, etc.) and ensure administrative follow-up (orders, invoicing, authorizations).
- Contribute to communication around events: internal and external materials, social media management, and writing press releases, in collaboration with communication officers.
- Ensure operational coordination on the day of the event, oversee smooth running, and manage unforeseen issues.
- Conduct post-event follow-up: thank-yous, evaluations, reporting, and knowledge capitalization.
Required profile:
You demonstrate several strengths ensuring your success, including,
- Proven experience (min. 2 years) in managing complex events.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with rigor and responsiveness.
- Interpersonal ease, service orientation, and team spirit.
- Proficiency in office and digital communication tools (e.g., CANVA, InDesign)
- Occasional availability in the evening or on weekends as needed.
Your possible technical skills in logistics, electricity, and assembly, with ease in field tasks and handling, would be a serious asset.
Recognized for your discretion, you demonstrate a strong ability to respect your duty of confidentiality. Autonomous, you have a vehicle and a valid driving license.
The nature of your missions requires a working methodology that ensures the transfer of your knowledge to your colleagues to provide support in certain circumstances (leave, scheduling conflicts...)
Education level:
Higher education in communication, tourism, or event management required
