You bring with you:
- Completed training as an office clerk
- Training in finance and accounting
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
- Good IT knowledge of computer programs and (office programs)
- Open, flexible, resilient, positive thinking, and team-oriented
- Confident in handling common Office applications
- Good IT skills
- Advanced knowledge in accounting
- Commercial knowledge including human resources and financial accounting
Your tasks:
- Billing of freight orders, posting monthly rents (including control, credit note)
- Responsible for dunning
- Reception office for customers and staff
- Managing customers, address databases, and master data maintenance in (WinSped)
- Entering orders, creating delivery notes and transport documents
- General administrative support in the ongoing daily business of dispatch
- Entering transport orders, creating documents and delivery notes in WinSped
- Optimization of administrative processes
- Deputizing for appointment management of the fleet and personnel in (WinSped)
- Assistance and creation of tenders
- Pallet control, reconciliation with customers
- Control and booking of incoming documents in the IT system
- General correspondence including translations
- Correspondence in German and English
