About the job

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the City of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex. The Oberi Senior Center provides a well-maintained home for 150 residents. We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic, and team-oriented leader starting February 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Operational management and independent organization of the residential group

Ensuring professional care and support for the residents

Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing and care team

Interdisciplinary collaboration, including with the medical service, therapies, nursing expert, customer service, and hospitality

Responsibility for the RAI classification

Your Profile

Training as a registered nurse HF/FH with management further education or willingness to pursue it

Several years of professional experience, leadership experience is an advantage

High social competence and communication skills with strong commitment and reliability even in stressful situations

Great independence and dedication as well as innovation and openness to change processes

Quick comprehension, networked thinking with good analytical skills

Willingness to participate in direct care and nursing

Confident German language skills and very good MS Office user knowledge (RAI/PEP knowledge is an advantage)
