YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Group leadership of up to 12 employees
- Internal coordination with engineering, purchasing, and logistics
- Support of employees with technical uncertainties
- Coordination with group and team leaders
- Planning and preparing the work
- Training and onboarding of new employees
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed training as an automation technician EFZ / automatic assembler EFZ or comparable training
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Flexible and team-oriented personality
- Good German skills in spoken and written form are required
- Quality-conscious and reliable working style
- Good basic IT skills
- Ideally knowledge of the E3 schematic software
