The Department of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Zurich (www.vd.zh.ch) is responsible for the Office for Labor, the Office for Economy, the Office for Mobility, as well as administratively the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV).
The Office for Mobility shapes traffic development in the Canton of Zurich with the goal of enabling demand-oriented and sustainable mobility for a livable Canton of Zurich and deals with future topics such as digitalization, climate protection, and the infrastructure of the future. The main areas of responsibility of the approximately 80 employees include the development and implementation of overall traffic concepts and agglomeration programs, the substantive responsibility for cantonal traffic spatial planning, the strategic planning of road infrastructures, and supervision of the night flight regulations at Zurich Airport. We are looking for a committed reinforcement for our team at 40% employment starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks
- Operational and project-related support in accompanying and implementing measures within the framework of digital transformation at the Office for Mobility
- Active advising of management including moderation of expert groups, trainings, and workshops focusing on joint analysis and strengthening of collaboration (processes, structures, instruments)
- Support and partial management of projects and work packages in organizational change management
Our requirements
- Professional experience in organizational change management in classical and agile organizations
- University degree, for example in business administration, organizational development, organizational psychology, or business informatics
- Experience in conducting (partial) projects
- We expect a high degree of personal responsibility, helpfulness, and a hands-on mentality. Furthermore, you value feasible solutions and work customer- and goal-oriented
