Dipl. Nurse HF or FH as Residential Area Manager/ Deputy Nursing Service Manager 80-100%
Your Tasks
• You lead employees professionally and personally and ensure the care processes of your department
• You plan and organize the daily care and are the contact person for your
team and the residents and their relatives
• You are responsible for duty and vacation planning
• Together with the nursing service management, you plan and lead the regular
• team meetings and training sessions
What You Bring
• Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with appropriate training
• Experience in long-term care or home care and enjoyment in working with elderly and demented people
• Networked thinking and organizational talent
• You think economically and are proficient in using electronic tools such as Office, care documentation systems (RAI LTCF, CareCoach), and duty planning systems
• You can express yourself confidently and fluently in spoken and written German
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (no night shifts)
