To manage the reception of our headquarters in Yverdon, and support the activities of the Marketing department, we are looking for a
Receptionist

Your responsibilities
- Reception and welcoming of visitors
- Handling telephone calls
- Management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Organization of travel for Symbios employees and visitors (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, meals)
- Management of visits from surgeons and subsidiaries at the Symbios headquarters
- Various administrative tasks inherent to the role
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, hospitality training or equivalent
- Successful experience of at least 5 years in a receptionist position
- Very good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written
- Organizational skills, rigor, discretion, proactivity and autonomy
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills and team spirit
