In this responsible position, you are in charge of the maintenance of all building technology cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems in the critical datacenter environment. You troubleshoot malfunctions, coordinate work with third-party suppliers, and actively support new construction and renovation projects. In this position, you combine technical know-how with a strong sense of customer orientation and independence – ideal for professionals who like to take responsibility and want to continuously develop themselves. 

Your main tasks:

• You independently carry out maintenance, inspections, and repairs on datacenter-specific cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitary systems 
• You monitor system operation and ensure uninterrupted function 
• You plan and coordinate necessary work in close coordination with internal departments and third-party suppliers 
• You actively support new construction and renovation projects by participating in commissioning, integral tests, and data point checks 
• You create and maintain checklists, reports, and other administrative documents 
• You proactively identify optimization potentials and implement them 
• You consistently apply the applicable work, safety, and environmental regulations 
• You actively maintain customer relationships and increase customer satisfaction through open communication 

Your profile:

• You have a federally recognized professional qualification in the HLKKS system and ideally expand your expertise in control technology or building management systems 
• You have several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and installation of building technology systems, ideally in the datacenter environment 
• You show willingness to further education, especially to obtain NIV 15 and switching authorization 
• You work independently, take responsibility, and bring innovative solution approaches 
• You communicate openly, maintain customer relationships, and actively promote team spirit 
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and have proficiency in German, both spoken and written 
• You ideally complement your profile with experience in automation as well as solid English skills
