Idyllically located in the green and right in the center of Seuzach, the Geeren retirement center with 174 residents offers a family-like home with the highest possible quality of life. With our home medical service, a comprehensive hospitality offer, around 300 employees, and over 30 trainees in various professions, we are a modern and dynamic company dedicated with heart and soul to the well-being of our residents.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, resident-oriented, and empathetic personality to take over the medical management including leading the Medical Service team.
These are your tasks
You independently and responsibly take over comprehensive medical care and ensure high-quality medical provision for the residents. In addition to the operational management of the medical service with four employees, you bear the main responsibility for the medical service budget as well as handling therapeutic and narcotic drugs and act as a contact person for various external offices, such as the health directorate and narcotics control. The annual inventory check of narcotics, approval of guidelines related to medications, and reporting of quality deficiencies also fall within your area of responsibility.
This is what you bring
You are a charismatic leader and actively contribute to the development of the entire company. You hold a specialist medical license in General Internal Medicine and ideally have leadership experience. Confident writing and communication in German is a matter of course for you. Knowledge of geriatrics/palliative medicine is an advantage.
