Skills
- Completed hotel management education in Switzerland or similar.
- Strong leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in German, English, and French with high social competence.

- Contact person for employees and guests in all matters (including complaint handling)
- Operational management of daily business
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines

- Support in strategic planning and implementation of company goals (budget control)
- Active work at the front, especially in the Front Office and Events departments
You bring with you:
- Hotel management school diploma in Switzerland, or equivalent training
- Trainer certificate
- Leadership experience in a similar position with good leadership qualities
- Experience with the PMS "Mews" is a plus
- Host personality and joy in promoting employees
- You speak fluent German, English, and French
- High social competence, perseverance, communicative appearance
