MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICER AT 100%

The municipal police service is responsible for security in the territory of the city of Grand-Saconnex, Pregny-Chambésy, and Bellevue. The mission of the service is to ensure community policing and prevention, guarantee a regular and visible presence in the field, strengthen ties with residents, respond to citizens' requests, handle complaints, and exercise all police powers related to their prerogatives, in order to ensure public safety and tranquility.

The candidate must meet the following conditions:

• hold a training certificate for municipal police officer;
• have at least 3 years of professional experience;
• demonstrate a very good knowledge of the laws, regulations, and procedures of the municipal police related to the function as well as problem-solving methods;
• have perfect command of the French language and common computer tools;
• be Swiss nationality or hold a C permit;
• hold a category B driving license;
• show flexibility and autonomy, accept to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays;
• maintain excellent physical condition and embody irreproachable morality, demonstrating exemplary behavior at all times;
• be proactive, flexible, versatile, and cultivate a team spirit;
• demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills;
• be comfortable in negotiation.

The starting date is to be agreed upon.
