Bülach – since 1384 a city with tradition. Today the prosperous and growing center of the Zurich lowlands with around 24,500 inhabitants. The School Psychological Service Bülach serves as a counseling and clarification center for children, parents, teachers, and school authorities in Bülach and the affiliated school communities. Currently, the number of students is around 5,200 children and adolescents (from kindergarten to the end of compulsory schooling). We are looking for a committed personality from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- administrative support of the school psychologists and management
- telephone service, reception of clients, appointment coordination
- management of client files, digitization and case administration
- processing of psychological reports and creditors
- material management, ordering system and minute taking
Your profile
- completed basic training in the commercial field
- professional experience in a similar function/area is an advantage
- resilient, discreet and team-oriented personality with a solution- and service-oriented working style
- high social skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- fluent and confident written and oral expression
- solid IT skills (MS Office)
- willingness to generally take holidays during school holidays
