You ensure smooth processes in production, independently manage orders, perform quality checks, and ensure the operational readiness of the machines. What You Can Achieve

• Machine Operation: Independently setting up and operating a complex conventional machine park (including multi-spindle portal milling machines, cylindrical grinding machines, multi-blade saws, milling and keyway machines)

• Testing Systems & Cutting: Independently setting up and operating electrical testing systems as well as various trimming systems

• Order Management: You coordinate and manage production orders independently and ensure timely completion

• Quality Inspection: You regularly perform quality inspections on processed components – from individual parts to small series

• Maintenance and Upkeep: You take care of the maintenance and servicing of the machines used and ensure their reliable operational readiness

• Monitoring of Tools: You keep an eye on the use of production aids and ensure their availability and functionality

• Transport & Logistics: You operate various floor conveyors and thus support a smooth material flow in production

What You Bring

• Completed training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, mold maker, carpenter, or in a similar profession with several years of experience in a comparable position

• Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

• You are a team player, work independently, and bring a high level of responsibility

• You have an excellent understanding of technical drawings and parts lists

• You are flexible, show initiative, and have a high level of commitment

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer orientation characterize you
