Team Leader Workshop (m/f/d), 100%.
Your task:
As a team leader, you take on the professional and personnel management of the assigned employees and actively contribute to their personal development. You operate very autonomously and independently in our Schaffhausen branch and report directly to our workshop manager in Schaffhausen. You are also responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue and cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented improvement measures. Another part of your broad range of tasks is service-oriented and active customer care, acquisition of workshop orders, and quality assurance.

You offer us:

• Training as an automotive mechatronics technician (commercial vehicles advantageous)
