The professional guardianship is responsible for the management of official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance according to the social assistance law (without economic social assistance). In the tandem for young adults, we offer a valuable opportunity to support young adults in Winterthur individually and comprehensively. Additionally, the tandem for young adults provides space for close networking with other relevant agencies and institutions to ensure the best possible support. Your Tasks

Advising and representing clients in personal, financial, administrative, and legal matters

Building sustainable relationships with clients, involving their environment

Collaborating and networking with other specialist agencies

Writing reports and applications to the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)

Working closely with the commercial staff in the accounting and administrative area

Your Profile

Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Sciences, or Law, ideally supplemented with CAS in Child and Adult Protection Law

Solid professional experience in social work, preferably with people on the threshold of adulthood

Experience in mandate management is an advantage

Knowledge of social insurance law

Responsible handling with a large scope of action
