About the job
We are looking for a dedicated sales consultant for our household department in Schaffhausen who passionately supports our customers and ensures an excellent customer experience.
YOUR MISSION
- You welcome and assist our customers, explain the various appliances and household items to them, and respond to their needs. You also handle written or telephone inquiries and provide competent information.
- You record orders and quotes correctly and accurately.
- You ensure a clean and tidy presentation of the displayed appliances and make sure the assortment is up to date.
- You manage the warehouse conscientiously and independently handle the posting of incoming and outgoing goods.
- You check order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
- After careful review, you independently carry out orders and returns.
- You serve our customers in the in-house bistro.
HOW YOU MAKE US HAPPY
- You have completed training in retail and preferably already have experience in the household appliance industry.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Your excellent service mindset and joy in daily customer contact distinguish you.
- You are flexible, remain calm under pressure, and have an independent working style.
