The corporate development team of Zürcher Kantonalbank is a dynamic group of passionate young people. Your tasks
- Support the CEO and the executive management in complex strategic issues and projects (including M&A)
- Independently design and lead strategic projects
- Prepare decision-making at the executive management level
- Perform ad-hoc analyses based on requests from executive management
- Co-design the business architecture of Zürcher Kantonalbank
- Support the CEO's chief of staff
Your profile
- University degree (preferably at master’s level, MBA preferred)
- Project management experience at one of the leading strategy consulting firms, ideally in the financial services sector
- Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and conceptual skills
- Precise and efficient working style, as well as a strong quality awareness
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written expression in German and English
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel)
