What we expect from you
You are IT-savvy and feel comfortable in the digital world. In addition, you are an organizational talent with a high degree of independence and great quality awareness. You have very good
German skills in spoken and written form, and some English would be an advantage. You have solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office
suite and ideally bring knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or even c-entron. For a part-time position, you should be flexible regarding working hours (the beginning of the month is always busier).
We design the job posting flexibly with 60-100% as we can add expandable tasks.
Main tasks for a 60% workload
" Purchasing IT software & hardware
" Obtaining & preparing quotes | order processing
" Administrative support for our customer advisors
" Communication / coordination with internal & external customers as well as suppliers
Depending on your skills, you can increase the workload to 80/100% with additional tasks
" Mobile fleet management (approx. 20%)
" License administration
" Support for BackOffice management in various matters (e.g., statistics, apprenticeship management, etc.)
" General secretarial work
