Wound Expert - immediately or by arrangement - Spitex Regional

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

Spitex Regional forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Assessment of wounds, proposing appropriate therapies, and creating wound treatment concepts in collaboration with your colleagues

• Responsibility for the professional implementation of concepts and therapies, the correct application of suitable methods, the targeted and efficient use of wound therapeutics, as well as ensuring comprehensive and effective prevention and thus the well-being of your clients

• Responsibility for stoma, wound, and continence counseling

• Close cooperation with physicians and hospitals

• Opportunity to pass on your knowledge and skills to colleagues, advise them, and thus make a significant contribution to the high quality of wound treatment in Spitex Regional

• Opportunity to independently shape and co-determine your work to achieve the set goals within the team
  

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF

• Further training in wound management (certified wound expert or certified wound manager), or willingness to further educate yourself

• Proficient IT skills (PC, tablet, smartphone)

• Knowledge of electronic and physical wound documentation

• Several years of professional experience advantageous

• Confident communication with different stakeholders

• Customer orientation

• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
