About the job

Within the "Engineering" department, the Automation Technician plays an active role in the maintenance, control, and monitoring of the refinery and pipeline instrumentation and control systems, in compliance with safety and quality requirements.

What to expect

Calibration and installation of control and regulation instruments as well as sensors and analyzers

Performing functional and safety tests

Assistance with the troubleshooting system of industrial programmable controllers

Participation in the creation of procedures and work instructions

Monitoring and updating execution files to improve the historization of interventions on equipment

Qualifications

Automation Technician CFC training or equivalent

ES Technician in automation (industrial systems) is an asset

5 years of experience in an industrial environment

About you

You master the French language orally and in writing, English is an asset.

You are comfortable with computer tools.

Dynamic, you combine the ability to work independently and responsibly with an excellent team spirit.

You have good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Committed and reliable, you have a sense of organization and attention to detail.

You are motivated to learn and face new technologies.

You have a valid driving license and are willing to join the on-call service when needed.
