- Supporting the hospital director in implementing projects for continuous improvement of processes and structures
- Initiating, managing, and enforcing projects
- Organizing as well as preparing and following up on appointments and meetings
- Taking on tasks in operational day-to-day business if needed
Your Profile
- A completed degree in business administration in the field of health management, hospital management, a solid training in healthcare, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a hospital
- Solid knowledge in project management
- Ability to set priorities and make decisions
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and flexibility
- High resilience, organizational talent, and confident appearance
