Team Leader Facility Management
Our well-coordinated FM control department develops overarching foundations for facility management and is jointly responsible for managing the cantonal real estate portfolio. Would you like to help shape it? Exciting topics in facility management as well as interesting contacts with customers, users, suppliers, and specialists in the real estate sector await you.
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management as well as further development of the team consisting of 6 specialists
- Responsible for usage agreements with the cantonal user organizations, ensuring internal billing, and coordinating real estate additions and disposals
- Responsible for creating and further developing operator contracts for the operational management of cantonal properties, controlling and supporting property operations and operator organizations
- Contract and supplier management related to real estate
- Leading or participating in assignments and projects in facility management
Your profile
- Completed BSC or MAS degree in FM and several years of experience in a similar position
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Proven conceptual and implementation skills
- Convincing presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- High personal responsibility and ability to reflect
