We organize the daily care for our residents according to the principles of the palliative and
loyalty charter of the canton of Schwyz, as well as according to our retirement home and care mission statement. With
appreciation and respect, we create a "home" for our residents that comes as close as possible to their traditional values and established needs.
We, the Retirement Home Buobenmatt, 61 residents and 85 employees, 3 houses, green spaces,
surroundings and 6 chickens, are looking for a caretaker who wants to work happily with us. The
care stations with the resident rooms, the economy with cleaning, laundry, kitchen, cafeteria all need support so that everyday life at the home functions and is pleasant

Our requirements / Your responsibilities
Good cooperation in a 2-person team and professional competence for interdisciplinary support
Main tasks: monitoring and ensuring operational safety with our partners, operation of technical systems, maintenance and repair work on buildings, machines and
facilities and resident rooms, maintenance of outdoor areas including winter service, basic and
maintenance cleaning, disposal, organization and/or execution of minor repairs,
coordination and supervision of external craftsmen
Professional competence caretaker FA, EFZ in technology, electronics, mechanics or crafts, experience in a similar position and interest in further training, experience with medical technical equipment
Self- and social competence for appreciative cooperation and communication, which shapes our constructive, interdisciplinary collaboration - appreciative interaction with residents.
Method and system competence for technical systems, fire protection, ventilation, sanitation, heating,
water, interest in optimizing proven methods and openness to learning and implementing new things
Your profile
Industry-oriented training EFZ with experience or FA
Safety and quality have top priority
Willingness and interest in further training
Flexibility and interest in support throughout Buobenmatt
Resilience and sense of responsibility for specific assignments
Openness to constructive criticism and conflict resolution skills
