Technical Referent in Swiss Turning Division Watch (M/F) Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize machining programs
- Participate in and monitor tool and material tests
- Participate in monitoring workshop production, performance indicators, and related actions
- Perform technical and documentary fine-tuning of new parts
- Participate in continuous improvement of the workshop by applying mainly Lean tools
- Advise and provide technical support to the department manager and teams Your education and skills:
- Holder of a CFC in production mechanic, polymecanician, or an equivalent recognized training
- Proven experience in watchmaking turning (Tornos Deco/EvoDeco 10, Tornos SwissNano 4/7,
- Mastery of ISO programming, TB-DECO, and GibbsCam software
- Excellent ability to read and interpret complex technical plans
- Excellent knowledge of cutting tools and their optimization
- You appreciate collaborative work and have a real team spirit
- Comfortable with modern digital tools
- Recognized for your meticulousness, precision, and rigor, you are also dynamic, flexible, and versatile
- You possess excellent technical sense and strong analytical skills
