- Leadership and promotion of the subordinate team leaders including personnel recruitment and development
- Successful management of all logistics centers
- Strategic planning in coordination within the management team
- Responsibility and ensuring the implementation of strategies and measures
- Continuous optimization and digitization of logistical processes along the supply chain
- Implementation of projects to improve delivery quality and customer service
- Responsibility for compliance with budget and costs
- Coordination of interfaces with other areas in upstream and downstream processes
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of storage areas and infrastructure
- Participation in strategic projects
- Safety officer (SIBE)
- Strategic fleet management
- Responsibility for the organization and execution of inventories in the area of responsibility
- Responsibility for compliance with laws and regulations, including ARV 1 legislation
WHY YOU WILL SUCCEED...
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ and further training to logistics manager with a federal diploma
- Leadership experience is mandatory, preferably in logistics or materials management
- Experience in beverage and gastronomy logistics is an advantage
- Solid know-how in processes, supply chain management, and digital transformation
- Team-oriented personality with high social competence, empathy, and strong self-motivation
- Communicative, engaging, and committed leadership personality with assertiveness
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking, organizational flair, and great coordination skills
- Ability to connect and inspire employees as well as external partners
- Calmness, composure, and perseverance even in hectic times and a dynamic work environment
- High solution orientation, service, and customer readiness
- Experience in implementing occupational safety measures
- Technical understanding of the vehicle fleet (structure, functionality, and possible uses)
- Knowledge of the legal requirements of ARV 1 is mandatory
- Confident German language skills, written and spoken
- High affinity for IT
