With professional nursing, household help, and care, as well as the specialties of psychiatry and wound management, we ensure outpatient home care.

We are looking for a

Dipl. Nurse HF

starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Ensuring needs-based care as well as professional wound management
• Collaboration with general practitioners and other referrers
• Co-responsibility for the care process of clients
• Conducting evaluations and adjusting electronic documentation
• Advising and supporting clients and their relatives
• Participating in quality assurance and further development of care processes
• Accompanying trainees and students in everyday life

Your skills

• Training as a nurse HF or equivalent, SRK-recognized diploma
• Independent assessment of nursing situations
• Appreciative communication and high social competence
• Flexibility and resilience
• Enjoyment of independent and responsible work
• IT skills
• Car driving license
