Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for an employee for logistics & reception at our Niederhasli location

Job Description

• Reception and support of external freight forwarders and customers as well as instruction on site
• Coordination and scheduling of pickups and deliveries
• Processing and documentation of returns
• Coordination and scheduling with external service providers
• Collection and preparation of key figures for logistical processing
• Handling of complaints
• Contact person for sales in the areas of picking and delivery
• Support in administrative logistics processes (e.g., documentation, feedback, data maintenance)

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a trading or corporate environment
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style
• Teamwork, flexibility, and good communication skills
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French is an advantage
