To strengthen our competent team at Spitex Uster, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

Spitex – Health Specialist EFZ & Dispatcher 80-100%

Your main tasks

• As a FaGe:
• Implementing the care process and working closely with the case managers
• Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
• Accompanying and guiding trainees during their training process
• Electronic documentation of services and observations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• As a Dispatcher:
• Receiving, processing, and triaging internal and external registrations
• Organization and planning of all client assignments in the care area
• Interface management: internal, external
• Telephone service, including receiving feedback and complaints and correctly forwarding them to the responsible persons
• Weekend service in the home office about 1-2 times/month

You bring

• Completed EFZ training as FaGe
• Joy in caring for and supporting our clients as well as a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
• Digital fitness for daily electronic administration
• Experience with Perigon and in Spitex deployment planning is mandatory
• Good oral and written German skills
• Optionally own car (kilometer allowance by Spitex) or driver's license category B alternatively e-bikes are available
