Your Tasks
- Support the project management in the implementation of the project (6 work packages)
- Logistical support in organizing international visits and project events
- Support the organization of development workshops and provide training materials
- Collaborate in the development of an AI-supported partnership matching tool
- Support the organization and conduct of meetings and consultations with project partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Support the development of curricula involving students from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and in Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Maintain project documentation, provide project information in multiple languages
- Support time, task, and financial planning
- Manage correspondence with Swiss and international partners
- Support the management of the project's digital platform
- Support the evaluation of activities and collect feedback from partners
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or another social or cultural science discipline
- Experience in project management and/or non-formal education
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken at least B2)
- Good German skills (minimum A2 to B1)
- Knowledge of Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian is an advantage
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times to the Western Balkans as part of the project
- Experience in the NGO and not-for-profit sector
- Experience in multicultural contexts, specifically in the Western Balkans
- Ideally experience in leading international youth projects
- Ideally experience working with international funders
