Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (60-100%)
As a qualified nursing specialist, you take on a central role with us and contribute significantly to the quality of life and satisfaction of our clients. Our managed teams are interdisciplinary, with high personal responsibility and plenty of room for creativity.
Your main tasks include:
- Implementation of the nursing process in collaboration with the case managers
- Ensuring high-quality, client-oriented care in the home environment
- Interprofessional collaboration with general practitioners, relatives, and other persons involved in the treatment
- Professional support and guidance of team colleagues in everyday life
- Documentation and quality assurance according to applicable standards
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Enjoyment of independent, responsible, and family-centered work
- Organizational skills, communication strength, and humor
- Good IT user skills (digital nursing documentation)
- Driver's license category B or willingness to visit our clients by e-bike in any weather
