Summary
About the Role
Your responsibilities include a variety of tasks to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. These include:
- Collaboration and interaction with internal stakeholders to successfully carry out projects and meet key milestones and quality standards.
- Communication of issues to teams and line management.
- Application of learned lessons and working according to prescribed guidelines to demonstrate a positive work ethic and positively influence others.
- Preparation of plant chains and other production variables as well as independent operation of assigned plants and systems.
- Execution of waste disposal activities according to internal and external regulations.
- Dismantling, cleaning, and reassembly of process plant chains after production.
- Recording all necessary information in the batch record.
- Contribution to cleaning and sustainable maintenance of the operation.
- Providing ideas and solution proposals to fix plant and process errors as well as to optimize processes and safety via the internal innovation platform.
- Advising less experienced process technicians in operating plants, process planning, execution, and plant cleaning.
- Performing special tasks such as analytical process flow controls or assuming responsibilities according to responsibility lists.
What you bring:
- Training in a logistics, technical, or related business field, ideally as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ.
- Practical experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ.
- Familiarity with working with computer-controlled systems as well as GMP and GSU requirements.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift model and in a full protective suit (externally ventilated) or cleanroom clothing (up to cleanliness zone C) for extended periods.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English.
