To strengthen our Product Engineering Team in the Industrial Applications division at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a project-oriented and highly motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility.

The Industrial Applications division is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative, technically advanced products and technologies in an industrial environment, especially in the areas of process heat and infrared technologies.

Your tasks

Development of electronic assemblies and embedded software (e.g., power and control electronics, new heating technologies, communication interfaces)

Project and subproject management for assigned product projects, from idea to product launch according to the innovation process

Support of manufacturing and assembly of functional samples, prototypes, and pilot series

Product acceptance through device and system tests including EMC measurements in our laboratory

Co-responsibility for the proper and timely execution of conformity assessment according to project specifications, guidelines, standards, and laws

Preparation of necessary device and development documentation

Support in product maintenance and continuous improvement of existing solutions

Your profile

Completed studies in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, control engineering, or related fields (FH, ETH)

Expertise in circuit design and/or software development (C) in a cost-sensitive environment

Very good ECAD user skills (Altium Designer) and ideally experienced with ERP systems (SAP)

Initial experience in project management (SCRUM, Agile-hybrid methodology)

Very high quality orientation, enthusiasm for developing innovations in an interdisciplinary team

Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
