- Personnel and professional leadership of the USB night watch staff (currently 12 people)
- Deputizing for the head of ZTP during their absence as well as taking over delegated tasks
- Strategic co-responsibility for the further development of the department
- Support of the head of ZTP in all administrative and organizational matters
- Contact person for technical questions internally and externally
What you bring with you
- Basic medical training (HF/FH level) and business management training or a bachelor's degree in business administration with medical training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, including several years of leadership experience
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite desired
- Confident German language skills are required, foreign language skills (French and English) are an advantage
- Communicative personality with a strong team orientation and strategic and networked thinking
- High service orientation and structured working method
