Our Geneva team is growing and we are looking to recruit a Construction Project Manager in general contracting for Modernization, Renovation TCE projects

Responsibilities:

Management of Modernization TCE construction projects in GC, ET or CR.
Client relationship, progress monitoring, financial tracking of one or several simultaneous projects.
Management and supervision of TCE site management teams.
Coordination of support teams and subcontractors.

You bring:

Leadership (providing vision, direction).
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position acquired in French-speaking Switzerland.
Management (work organization, knowing how to delegate and develop the team’s skills).
A professional network specific to the canton of Geneva.
Management (implementation and application of processes, document quality, traceability).
Comfort with IT tools (especially Excel).
Interpersonal skills (clients, companies, collaborators, management).
Basic construction reflexes (modification sheets, clear feedback to the client, contracts, etc.).
Flexibility, synthesis ability, delegation, and task prioritization.
