To strengthen our team in the Facility area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Facility Specialist (m/f/d), 100%, at the Hochdorf location starting 01.11.2025.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure the technical availability of the systems in daily business (troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of our machines and systems).
- You independently carry out maintenance and repair work on conveyor systems, binding systems, adjustment ramps and gates, as well as on operational equipment.
- You perform general or additional tasks related to the department and support your team with vehicle maintenance, transport systems, and disposal.
- You are willing to take on alternating on-call duty in addition to daily work.
- You actively and conscientiously implement technical improvement measures.
- You independently take over and manage projects.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in a craft or technical field.
- You already have professional experience in the field of electrical or mechanical engineering.
- You have been able to contribute your skills and know-how in projects.
- You have a connection permit according to Art. 15 of the Low Voltage and Installation Ordinance. If you do not have this permit, you are willing to complete the corresponding training with a subsequent exam at ESTI. The permit is required for activities such as troubleshooting and connecting and replacing electrical products.
- You have a high willingness to learn and enjoy a dynamic and lively workday.
- You are physically resilient and enduring at work.
- You have good IT skills including all common Office applications.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
