You and your approximately 30 team colleagues take care of our non-employed customers who settle their social insurance contributions with our compensation office. This includes, for example, students, early retirees, or job seekers. You are responsible for the entire customer process from A to Z. You check and process registrations, create contribution invoices, and advise our customers on insurance and contribution obligations.
Despite all your expertise, you act and communicate empathetically because you know that your work makes a big difference.
You convince us both professionally and personally.
For this responsible task, you bring a commercial education profile E. Alternatively, you have completed another three-year apprenticeship and supplemented it with a qualified commercial further education. You can especially impress us with a professional certificate in the field of social insurance or with the willingness to obtain one. Work experience in the insurance environment will make it easier for you to get started. By the way: We also welcome applications from career changers.
