The Crans-Montana Clinic , nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of HUG. Its hospital missions consist of caring for patients for rehabilitation in general internal and psychosomatic medicine, polyvalent post-operative or post-hospitalization rehabilitation in an acute setting. The Crans Montana Clinic holds FMH recognition for general internal medicine and trains internal medicine doctors. It develops academic research projects in connection with the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva.
Job Description
At the Crans-Montana Clinic, the hotel service team performs daily cleaning of various premises and patient rooms according to hospital hygiene standards. In the dining room and cafeteria, dedicated staff serve meals and drinks to patients according to dietary instructions.
As an apprentice logistics manager, you will be responsible for various activities according to a defined program. You will learn maintenance and cleaning activities, service in the dining room and cafeteria, laundry management, patient reception at the front desk, and meal preparation in the kitchen. You will perform administrative tasks, notably related to stock and purchasing management.
The diversity of services provided and the demands of the hospital environment allow for a varied training path. To complement your training, we offer external internships outside the institution that allow you to discover, among other things, laundry management.
Qualifications
You have successfully completed your compulsory schooling.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality, you ensure adapted service.
Friendly, you enjoy teamwork and communicate easily with your interlocutors.
You have an interest in the hospital environment and are ready to commit to a professional training alternating work in a company, practical courses, and theoretical lessons at school.
